We would like to thank you for entrusting us with the care of your dental health needs over the years. We are very proud to introduce Dr. Ryan Koch as the newest member of our dental team. As a native of our local community, Dr. Koch is a 2012 graduate of Jersey Shore Area Senior High School and he received a biochemistry degree from Lock Haven University. After continuing his studies at Elms College in Springfield, Massachusetts where he received a Masters in Biomedical Science in 2019, Dr. Koch attended Midwestern University Collegeof Dental Medicine in Arizona where he received multiple awards in Clinical Excellence and Digital Dentistry.

Thomas Barberio, DMD

Dr. Tom graduated from Jeannette High School in 1984. He graduated from Saint Vincent College in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. He met Dr. Mary in dental school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and they were married shortly after graduation in 1991. Dr. Tom and Dr. Mary have three sons, Anthony, Angelo, and Mario.

Anthony graduated from Moravian College, worked for Ameri core for one year, and graduated with a master’s degree in Public Health from Trinity University in Washington D.C. He completed a master’s in business at Catholic University in Washington D. C. and is currently working in Williamsport.

Angelo graduated from American University in Washington D.C. He is pursuing a career in medicine.

Mario attends Worcester Polytechnic Institute (W.P.I.) in Massachusetts pursuing a major in civil and environmental engineering.

Dr. Tom loves working with their CEREC machine. The CEREC is new technology that mills crowns using zirconia (the hardest material available) and other ceramic materials, for same day crowns, bridges, and implant crowns.

When Dr. Tom is not at the office, he enjoys watching his son participate in his collegiate events and hitting a little white ball into the hole.
